Paris Deer Park is now offering animal care internships. Interns will be involved in the everyday husbandry of our animal collection.

 Responsibilities include

-Cleaning, disinfecting and general maintenance of exhibit spaces

-Public interactions with guests in a courteous and professional manner

-Follow safety guidelines; Be reliable and responsible

 Candidates should be able to

-Lift, move and carry a minimum of 50 lbs

-Able to work in a variety of weather conditions

-Work a minimum of 4 days a week (1 day must be a weekend day)

Internships are meant to provide experience for individuals interested in pursuing a career in the animal field.
